1.1 These Terms and Conditions regulate all purchases, which include the registration, placing orders and pre-orders, and accessing products Barbara Goyri Jewellery, managed by Barbara Pacheco de Goyri, located in Rua Dr Afonso Cordeiro 516, 4450-003 Matosinhos, Portugal with VAT number 214068831 and Title of Activity number P115116, through the website www.barbaragoyri.com and are applicable to all product sales between Barbara Goyri Jewellery and any User that makes an order via this website.

1.2 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions is understood by:

a) – “Barbara Goyri Jewellery” – The products marketed by the website www.barbaragoyri.com;

b) – “Customer” – Any individual who places an order through the website www.barbaragoyri.com;

1.3 The use of the website www.barbaragoyri.com and the purchase of products Barbara Goyri Jewellery presumes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.



2.1 To place an order, the Customer can register by filling the mandatory fields of the registration form on the website www.barbaragoyri.com.

2.1.1 You can also place your order through a simple process that does not require registration. However, when you sign up on the website your data and preferences will be recorded to be easily accessed and used in future purchases.

2.2 After completing the registration, the Customers have access to their personal account where they can manage the account settings, favorite items and previous orders.

2.3 From the moment the Customer access their personal account, the Customer is subjected to these Terms and Conditions.



3.1 The website www.barbaragoyri.com is directed at all clients who want to purchase products Barbara Goyri Jewellery from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.2 All information regarding the characteristics of the products can be found in its caption at www.barbaragoyri.com

3.3 Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to modify at any time the information, the range of products, prices, promotions and the Terms and Conditions existing on the website www.barbaragoyri.com.



4.1 To place an order on the website www.barbaragoyri.com it is necessary that the Customer has an email account, and that their browser is set to accept cookies and pop- ups, which will allow the full use of all the features available on Barbara Goyri Jewellery’s online store.

4.1.1. The Customer may proceed with the online purchase of products, and to do so it is necessary to:

a) Find the product(s) you wish to purchase;

b) Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;

c) Register the Customer’s personal data, which includes “Delivery Address”, “Billing Address “, “Payment Method”, telephone number and tax identification number (VAT). These data will be integrated into Barbara Goyri Jewellery’s database according to our Privacy Policy;

d) Review your order and confirm it.

4.2 The Customer will receive an email confirming the order with the details for the selected payment method. After we receive validation of the payment, the Customer will also receive an email confirmation.

4.3 Barbara Goyri Jewellery will provide all the details of the purchase through the website www.barbaragoyri.com on the Customer’s personal area.

4.4 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator at the delivery address provided in the purchase process, as well as the corresponding detailed invoice.

4.5 By submitting the order form, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions described at www.barbaragoyri.com, as well as with the Privacy Policy.

4.6 Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed, in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;

b) The payment is not carried out using any of the payment methods specified on the website www.barbaragoyri.com;

c) The payment cannot be confirmed;

d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;

e) The bank transfer to pay the order was not received by us in a period of 5 (five) days after acceptance of your order;

f) There is an error in the price quotation;

g) It is not possible to deliver the order at the delivery address provided by the Customer.



5.1 The pre-order event is available for a limited period of time until it is accepted by us. The pre-order is only valid after the payment. After we receive validation of the payment and acceptance from the production, the Customer will also receive an email confirmation. The order delivery can vary depending on the availability of our stock and the orders complexity. This does not invalidate the following points 5.3 and 5.4.

5.2 Once the pre-order is accepted, Barbara Goyri Jewellery is not able to make exchanges or any changes to it, including sizes, styles, quantities and others.

5.3 You may only cancel a pre-order if it was not yet accepted. Once the order is accepted, it cannot be canceled.

5.4 Delays and production changes may occur. In this case, the Customer will be contacted to be given another delivery date, as soon as possible.

5.5 If eventually, Barbara Goyri Jewellery has to cancel you order after the event has ended due to production reasons, you will be notified immediately. We will issue a full refund for the amount to the original payment method chosen at checkout.

5.6 If you wish to cancel your order, the refund will only be issued in store credits at Barbara Goyri Jewellery.


  1. PRICE

6.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website www.barbaragoyri.com are exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT). The total payable by the Customer will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the Customer.

6.2 All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Note that changing the delivery country may influence the prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs may also be applicable in certain countries and will be paid by the Customer.

6.3 Prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change. Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to change prices without advance notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applicable to that purchase.

6.4 In case there is an error in the price of the ordered products, Barbara Goyri Jewellery or the Customer may, up until the order is shipped, cancel the order.

6.5 The total price specified in the checkout includes the taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.

6.6 The Customer must only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.



7.1 The Customer can purchase products using Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer.

7.2 Barbara Goyri Jewellery will not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The Customer should not try to pay by any other means which are not included in the specified payment methods. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may occur.



8.1 Delivery charges will be supported by Barbara Goyri Jewellery on all orders with a minimum value of €250, valid on deliveries within Europe and according to the promotional conditions valid at the time of purchase.

8.2 For orders of less than €250, shipping costs may vary and will be charged according to the delivery address. Please add the item of your choice to your cart and use our form in order to estimate the shipping cost for your order.

8.3 The shipping cost does not include Customs charges that may possibly occur upon the delivery to the destination country.



9.1 Barbara Goyri Jewellery shall send the product(s) ordered by the Customer, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, except on holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the Customer.

9.2 Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier, to the delivery address provided by the Customer.

9.3 Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product that the Customer wishes to buy. If you buy several items and one of them is pre-ordered, the delivery time will be calculated with the lengthiest delivery time. If you would like the orders to be shipped separately, please email customercare@barbaragoyri.com. The responsiveness of Barbara Goyri Jewellery within these deadlines is, however, dependent on the availability of stock and cannot be guaranteed in periods of promotions, sales and during Christmas season.

9.4 Barbara Goyri Jewellery will inform the Customer of the availability of the product(s) ordered and shall refund the amount paid, within 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the item’s unavailability.

9.5 In case of unavailability of the carrier to make the delivery of the purchased products on the specified date, the Customer will be contacted to be given another delivery date.

9.6 If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 20 (twenty) working days from the order payment date, please email customercare@barbaragoyri.com informing us of what happened. After this time has elapsed, Barbara Goyri Jewellery cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

9.8 Barbara Goyri Jewellery considers the delivery done with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address or post office of your area.



    10.1 Cancelling your order before shipping:

a) The Customer can cancel the order at no cost, provided it has not yet been shipped.

b) If the Customer places an order and wants to cancel it, he/she should contact immediately our Customer Service and ask for the cancellation via email customercare@barbaragoyri.com. This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the Customer will be notified and cancellation will be processed at no cost to the Customer.

c) If the request for cancellation is not done before the products are sent, they will be shipped to the Customer. If the Customer maintains the intention to cancel the order, the Customer should refuse to receive it. The products will be returned and, after being received by Barbara Goyri Jewellery, the refund will be processed, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount the Customer will receive.



    a) We’re happy to accept returns if your order does not meet your expectations, has defects or other non-compliances.b) If you need to send your item or items back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return them. We will collect the items from your home, work or an alternative address for free.

    c) Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and complete with all Barbara Goyri Jewellery tags still attached. Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to refuse the return of products incomplete or with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way.

    d) At this moment, we do not accept exchanges outside Europe. If you wish to return your order from outside Europe, please contact our Customer Service Support to customercare@barbaragoyri.com in order to receive all the details for the return.

11.1 The Customer may return the product(s) ordered fourteen (14) days after receiving them, provided that:

a) The product(s) have not been used;

b) The product(s) maintain their original features and labels intact;

c) The product(s) are complete. All materials accompanying the orders must be returned to Barbara Goyri Jewellery.

11.2 Please contact our customer care team to customercare@barbaragoyri.com indicating the item(s) your wish to exchange or return together with your order number.

11.3 For your security, please send the products back via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. In case the products are damaged or lost in transit, Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to refuse the return, exchange or refund.

11.4 Once the returned items are received, Barbara Goyri Jewellery will review and confirm its condition and, when applicable, will refund within ten (10) days the amount paid by the Customer. We’ll send you an email at every step to keep you updated about the return status.

11.5 If the returned products are damaged or worn, Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the Customer.

11.6 Be aware, that Barbara Goyri Jewellery will not make the reimbursemet of the shipping costs initially paid by the Costumer and also will not be held responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items.

11.7 Please note, these conditions are valid within Europe. For more information about returns and exchanges outside Europe, please contact us to customercare@barbaragoyri.com.



Barbara Goyri Jewellery does not sell second-hand products, faulty or of lower quality than the market standards. The main characteristics of each product are shown on the website www.barbaragoyri.com in each product page.

All products are handmade and considered unique. Therefore, there can be small differences regarding the product image. However, the quality of the materials and finishings is always assured.

Barbara Goyri Jewellery will make every effort so that the colors of the products that appear on the website www.barbaragoyri.com are the most accurate and as real as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colors.



As we aim to continuously improve our services, Barbara Goyri Jewellery will strive for meeting and resolving the claims submitted by the Customer via the email customercare@barbaragoyri.com within 6 (six) business days.



Barbara Goyri Jewellery products benefit from the warranty in accordance with the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.



Barbara Goyri Jewellery does not guarantee the website www.barbaragoyri.com will run uninterruptedly, or any of its features, as it may be suspended for carrying out maintenance work, repairs or upgrades.

Barbara Goyri Jewellery will also not assume any liability for any damages arising directly or indirectly from force majeure situations that prevent Barbara Goyri Jewellery, is in any way, to meet its obligations, in particular, strikes, electric network failures, telecommunications services or any other services faults, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays of suppliers or carriers and changes in laws or administrative regulations.

Barbara Goyri Jewellery is not responsible for any misuse of the Customer’s access data to the website by third parties, as they are non-transferable.



Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, considering the changes made and users notified by publication on the website www.barbaragoyri.com of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any purchase and sale made under such errors.
