Exchanges

Please be aware, that all Barbara Goyri Jewellery products purchased online must be returned directly to Barbara Goyri Jewellery, and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any exchanges for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their exchange policy for further information.

Returns must be performed within 14 days, of the date of its receipt in the address provided by the client, in the following conditions:

a) The product has not been used;

b) The product maintains its original features and labels intact;

c) The product is complete. All materials included in the orders must be returned.

All personalized  cannot be returned, as well as products purchased in promotions.

Products received as an offer can be exchanged for another item of equivalent or higher value.

Please email costumercare@barbaragoyri.com in order to indicate the item(s) your wish to return. Please include your order number.

For your security, please send the products back via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. In case the products are damaged or lost in transit, Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to refuse the return, exchange or refund.

Once the product is received, Barbara Goyri Jewellery will evaluate and confirm its conditions and, if applicable, will refund the amount paid by the costumer within 10 days.

Be aware, that Barbara Goyri Jewellery will not make the reimbursement of the shipping costs initially paid by the Costumer and will not be held responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items.

To make an exchange, after the return and approval of the products, you must login to www.barbaragoyri.com and make a new order. The amount of the product will be automatically discounted from the total amount of your new order.

Please note, that the shipping costs for exchanges must be paid by the Client.

Please be aware, that these conditions are valid for returns and refunds within Europe. Please email customercare@barbaragoyri.com for further information about returns and exchanges outside of Europe.
