PLACE ORDERS

To place an order at www.barbaragoyri.com it is necessary that you have a valid email account. Add all the products you wish to buy to the shopping cart and follow the instructions to finish your purchase.

You will receive an email confirming the order with the details for the selected payment method. After we receive validation of the payment, you will also receive an email confirmation.

You can access all the details of your purchase through the website www.barbaragoyri.com on your private customer area.

Your order will be delivered by CTT – Correios de Portugal by registered priority Air Mail, in the address provided in the purchase process, as well as the corresponding detailed invoice.

Please note that Barbara Goyri Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders already confirmed, in the following situations:

a) The product is unavailable;
b) The payment was not carried out using any of the payment methods specified on www.barbaragoyri.com ;
c) The payment cannot be confirmed;
d) The billing details are not correct or verifiable;
e) The bank transfer was not received by us in a period of 5 (five) days after the confirmation of your order.
f) There is a price error;
g) It is not possible to deliver in the address provided by the Customer.

 

PAYMENTS

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

– VisaMastercardAmerican ExpressMaestro.
– Paypal (you will be redirected to Paypal’s website and should follow the instructions until completing the payment. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to our website).
– Bank transfer.

DELIVERY TIME

Barbara Goyri Jewellery shall send the orders, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, except on holidays, to the delivery address provided by the Costumer.

The delivery deadlines may be different, depending on the availability of our stock and the orders complexity, such as personalized pieces. Therefore, the delivery time can vary from 3 to 15 working days.

If you buy several items and one of them is not ready to ship, the delivery time will be calculated with the lengthiest delivery time. If you would like the orders to be shipped separately, please email customercare@barbaragoyri.com.

The delivery time can be compromised during promotions, sales and Christmas season.

 

SHIPPING

The shipping costs will be added to the total cost once you complete your order, according to its weight and shipping destination. Before you finish your purchase you can obtain an estimate value of the shipping cost.

The shipping cost does not include Customs charges that may possibly occur upon the delivery to the destination country.

Occasionally, there can be free shipping campaigns, that will be properly developed in our website.

In case you don’t receive your order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the order payment date, please email customercare@barbaragoyri.com. Once this time has elapsed, Barbara Goyri Jewellery cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Barbara Goyri Jewellery considers the delivery done once the delivery receipt is signed at the address provided by the Customer.
